This pack consists of a Zechsal float bath 2 kg, a refill bag of 2 kg and a Zechsal body cream. Zechsal bath crystals consist of pure magnesium chloride in solid form. The crystals dissolve easily in water. Zechsal body cream combines the beneficial effects of pure magnesium with the nourishing properties of shea butter. Especially made for people with dry or irritated skin. Also suitable for facial use. Provides optimal skincare and supports your magnesium balance.

Dosage and use
Children from 0-2 years
A bath two to three times a week (approx. 30 litres of water) with approximately 100 grams of crystals. Apply the body cream on the other days, about the amount of three fingertips. You can apply everywhere, but the best places are the feet and stomach.
Children from 3-6 years
Two to three times a week a foot bath (3 litres of water) with approximately 40 grams of crystals or twice a week a bath (50 litres of water) with 150 to 200 grams of crystals. Other days the amount of four to five fingertips of body cream.
Children from 7-12 years
Two to three times a week a foot bath (3 litres of water) with approximately 40 grams of crystals or twice a week a bath (50 litres of water) with 150 to 200 grams of crystals. Spread the body cream to your heart's content on the other days.
Children from 13-16 years
Slowly increase the dosage to approximately 80 to 100 grams of crystals for a foot bath and 500 grams for a bath. Unlimited body cream
The adult dosage can be used from the age of 16.
