Collagen is a collective term used to describe hundreds of proteins in our body that facilitate binding and cohesion. Our bodies consist of no less that 40% collagen. Once we reach the age of 25 there's a decline in the natural production of collagen. Signs of this include sagging skin and less muscle and joint flexibility. Collagen is therefore a supplement welcomed by the body.
Zechsal collagen is undenatured. This means that it is still in its original, biologically active form. It is signifacantly differt to hydrolysed collagen, in which the proteins are broken down in to particles. Undenatured collagen is recognised as naturel by the body, so your immune system will nog overreact by attacking and breaking down the collagen.

This can rightfully be described as a multivitamin for the joints. Collagen type 2 comes accompanied by- amongst other- MSM, manganese, hyaluronic acid and vitamins C ,D and E.
