Product Description

This self-diagnosis pack helps you to experience for yourself whether you would benefit from extra magnesium. For example, if you suffer a lot from stress, insomnia, poor concentration or if you are struggling with burnout complaints, then it is quite possible that you will benefit from this pack. The self-diagnosis pack + bisglycinate is intended for 3 weeks of use and consists of three products:

     •   magnesium crystals, 750g
     •   magnesium oil, 100ml
     •   magnesium bisglycinate powder, 40g

The crystals and the oil contain magnesium chloride. This is the body's own form of magnesium and can be absorbed through the skin. The powder is magnesium bisglycinate and suitable for oral intake. Zechsal bisglycinate is considered to be the most gut-friendly and bio-available form of oral magnesium. It works especially positive on the brain and enhances mental processes, including the memory.

Uses and dosage

Take 2 grams of magnesium powder every morning with breakfast, which is 1 teaspoon. Dissolve this in a dairy product or fruit juice (not refrigerated). Most people find  the taste is best when mixed with orange juice.

Spray 10 to 15 sprays of magnesium oil on your stomach, feet or underarms every night. The absorption is maximal when the skin is warm and clean. Massage the oil lightly into the skin and leave it on for at least 15 minutes. If you want to you can rinse the remainder   from your skin. Many people leave it on during the night and rinse it off in the shower in the morning.

Have a foot bath twice a week, preferably in the evening before going to sleep. This boosts magnesium absorption. On these days you don't have to rub on magnesium oil.   Dosage: 125 grams to approx. 4 litres of warm water. Duration: minimum of 20 minutes. Half an hour is optimal. 

After three weeks of daily use, you can take stock for yourself and determine what it has done for you!

Dosage and Usage

Neem elke morgen bij het ontbijt 2 gram magnesiumpoeder in, dat is 1 theelepel. Los dit op in water, een zuivelproduct of vruchtensap (niet gekoeld). De meeste mensen vinden het mengen met sinaasappelsap of citroen de beste smaak geven. Je kunt ook vitamine C poeder erbij mengen in water om de smaak te neutraliseren.

Spray elke avond ca. 5 sprays magnesiumolie op je buik, voeten of onder de oksels. De opname is maximaal als de huid warm en schoon is. Masseer de olie licht in en laat de het 10 tot 15 minuten intrekken. Als je wilt spoel je daarna de restanten van je huid. Veel mensen laten het gedurende de nacht intrekken en douchen het in de morgen af.

Neem twee keer per week een voetenbad, bij voorkeur 's avonds voor het slapen gaan. Dit geeft een boost opname van magnesium. Op deze dagen hoeft u geen magnesiumolie te smeren. Dosering: 125 gram op ca. 4 liter warm water. Duur: minimaal 20 minuten. Optimaal is een half uur. 

Na drie weken dagelijks gebruik kun je voor jezelf de balans opmaken en bepalen wat het voor je heeft gedaan!
